We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, as each item is prepared and sent with care directly from its place of creation.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Return is due to damage during transit, defects in craftsmanship, or a significant mismatch from the described item.
  • We do not accept returns based on personal preference, color variations (due to screen settings), or minor aesthetic differences inherent in handmade goods.

Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
